Girls Volleyball Selected To State Playoffs
November 14, 2020 – The Lady Jaguars earned the #15 seed in the first ever appearance in the State Playoffs.

Cross Country Runners Compete In State Championships
November 13, 2020 – Sophomore Sam Ketcham and freshman Makenzy Guethle represented the Jaguars at the State Cross Country Championships.

Girls Golf Finishes 4th In State
November 3, 2020 – The Canyon View girls golf team wrapped up their 2020 season by finishing 4th overall at the Division II State Championships. Read More

Football Picks Up First Varsity Win
October 9, 2020 – Canyon View defeated Maricopa 17-12 for the first win in program history. Ashton Zacher had two touchdown passes and the defense responded with multiple sacks en route to the win.

Varsity Football Begins
October 2, 2020 – Canyon View falls to crosstown rival Desert Edge in the first varsity football game in school history.

All Spring Sports Cancelled
March 30, 2020 – The AIA announced that all sports at all levels are cancelled for the remainder of the school year due to the spread of COVID-19. Read More
Softball Secures First Varsity Win
Feb. 27, 2020 – The Lady Jags softball team won their first varsity game in program history, beating Norte Pointe Prep 23-1.
Baseball Registers First Varsity Win
Feb. 26, 2020 – The Jags beat Northwest Christian 10-6 for the first varsity win in program history.

Girls Soccer Makes Playoffs
Feb. 12, 2020 – The Canyon View girls varsity soccer team secured the first team playoff bid in school history. Read More

Wrestlers Qualify For State
Feb. 8, 2020 – Andrew Ramirez and Michael Schmidt made history as they became the first boys in school history to qualify for the AIA State Wrestling Championships. Read More

Feb. 1, 2020 – Freshman Evin Epperson became the first wrestler in Canyon View program history to qualify for the Arizona State Wrestling Championship. Read More

Ramirez Leads Wrestling In Historic Win
Jan. 25, 2020 – Freshman Andrew Ramirez who became the first wrestler in school history to win a varsity tournament. Read More

Dec. 5, 2019 – The Lady Jags varsity soccer team won their first ever varsity game, beating Buckeye Union by a score of 6-2.

Girls Basketball Tops Youngker For First Varsity Win
Nov. 25, 2019 – Canyon View girls varsity basketball team started their season with the first varsity win in school history, beating Youngker by a score of 47-34. Read More

Nov. 8, 2019 – Talan Silvas, Luke Christensen and Dexter Stewart became the first Canyon View athletes to participate in the Division III State Swimming & Diving Championships. Read More

Sept. 4, 2019 – The Lady Jags varsity volleyball team swept Buckeye Union 3-0 for the first win in program history.
Girls Track & Field Compete At State Finals
May 4, 2019 – Abbi Bruyns finished 20th in the long jump and Angelina Thiel finished 8th in the discus at the AIA State Track & Field Championships.
Girls Tennis Earns First Program Win
April 11, 2019 – The CVHS tennis team picked up their first in in program history by a score of 5-4.
First Home Track Meet
Feb. 27, 2019 – Canyon View hosted the first track meet in school history.

Dec. 28, 2018 – Freshman Trent Tully secured the first pin in school history.
